Shipping & Returns

The charge for postage and packaging is £1.95 per item.

We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving the order, however, please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address when the order has been shipped. You will be contacted if the order is likely to take any longer.


Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may exchange it for the same item, or a refund but it must be in its original packaging. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.

The following would be accepted for full refund or exchange: 

the name on the item was spelled incorrectly;

the item arrived damaged and does not work properly (can only be exchanged and only within 5 days of receipt);

if you provide us with incorrect information (ex. the name in the song is pronounced wrong, wrong shipping address, incorrect message to receiver) we cannot return or exchange your item but we will provide a discount if you re-purchase your same item.

We want your order to be made to your specifications and understand that everyone makes mistakes. Please review all of your information before submitting your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately processed, so please be sure about your item before placing your order.
